Network Message Chart - Gauges

Module Network Input Messages - IPC 

Broadcast Message Originating Module Message Purpose
Wheel rotation count ABS module Input used for calculating the rolling odometer count.
Engine coolant temperature PCM Engine temperature data used for temperature gauge indication.
Engine RPM PCM Engine speed data used for tachometer indication.
Ignition status BCM Ignition RUN, START and accessory states required for the IPC operating modes and fault reporting.
Primary fuel level BCM Fuel level input for the fuel pump assembly on base and ST models and for the (primary or active) side of the fuel tank on RS models. Input is used for the fuel gauge indication.
Secondary fuel level (RS only) BCM Fuel level input for the fuel level sensor (secondary or passive) side of the fuel tank for fuel gauge indication.
Vehicle speed ABS module Vehicle speed data used for speedometer indication.

Module Network Input Messages - BCM 

Broadcast Message Originating Module Message Purpose
Primary fuel level GFM2 Fuel level input from the fuel pump assembly (primary or active) side of the fuel tank used for fuel gauge indication on RS only.
Secondary fuel level GFM2 Fuel level input from the fuel level sensor (secondary or passive) side of the fuel tank used for fuel gauge indication on RS only.
