Fuel Lines: Removal

Release the fuel system pressure. Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release .
Remove the battery tray. Refer to: Battery Tray .
- Disconnect the fuel jumper tube-to-fuel injection pump spring lock coupling.
- Disconnect the EVAP vapor tube quick release coupling.
- Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Disconnect the front brake tube fitting-to-middle brake tube fitting.
  Torque
  
  : 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
- Detach the clip.

Remove the crossmember support crossbrace.
- Remove the crossmember support bracket-to-body bolts.
  Torque
  
  : 35 lb.ft (47 Nm)
- Remove the crossmember support bracket nuts.
  Torque
  
  : 35 lb.ft (47 Nm)

Remove the RH crossmember support bracket.
1. Remove and discard the RH subframe rearward bolt.
  Torque
  
  :Stage 1: 103 lb.ft (140 Nm) Stage 2: 180°
2. Remove the crossmember support bracket-to-body bolts.
  Torque
  
  : 46 lb.ft (62 Nm)

Remove the nuts and position aside the exhaust heat shield.
Torque

: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

- Disconnect the fuel supply tube and EVAP vapor tube quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Disconnect the middle brake tube fitting-to-rear brake tube fitting.

Disconnect the fuel tube bundle retainers and remove fuel tube bundle.
