Catalytic Converter: Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Only tighten the nuts and bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install a new gasket and loosely install the nuts and bolts.

Loosely install the bolt.

1. Position the bracket.
2. Install the nuts.
  Torque
  
  : 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Tighten the bolt.
Torque

: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Tighten the nuts and bolts in the sequence shown.

:1: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm) 2: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
