Transmission Support Insulator: Installation

  1. Install the transmission support insulator bracket and the bolts.

    Torque

    : 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)

  2. Install the transmission support insulator. Make sure it is not resting on the frame.

    NOTE: Make sure that a new bolt is installed.
  3. Install the transmission support insulator and the bolt.

    Torque

    : 109 lb.ft (148 Nm)

  4. Remove the jack. Use the General Equipment: Trolley Jack. Use the General Equipment: Wooden Block

  5. Install the battery tray bracket.

    • Install the battery tray bracket and tighten the nuts.

    • Position the wiring harness and attach the retainers.

  6. Install the battery. Refer to: Battery .
    1. Install the underbody shield.
    2. Install the air deflector.

  8. Install the engine appearance cover.
