Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor: Removal

- Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding . Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .

- Disconnect the ECT electrical connector.
- Release the retaining clip.
- Remove the ECT sensor.
