Removal And Installation: Radiator: Installation

Use the General Equipment: Vehicle/Axle Stands
NOTE:
Make sure that no strain is placed on the refrigerant lines.
Torque
: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
Items to be removed: Use the General Equipment: Cable Ties
Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
NOTE:
Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.
Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
Install the following items:
- Refer to: Charge Air Cooler (CAC) .
- Refer to: Air Cleaner .
Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
