Removal And Installation: Radiator: Installation

- Install the lower radiator mounts.
- Install the A/C condenser.
- Install the cooling fan motor and shroud.
- Install the active grill shutter assembly.
- Install a new foam pad.
- Install the lower radiator support.
- Install the cooling module and the fasteners. If previously equipped, install a new rivet.
Torque
: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- Connect the radiator hoses and install the hose clamps. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- Connect the electrical connector and attach the electrical connectors and wiring harness retainers to the lower radiator support.
- Connect the coolant tube. Connect the electrical connector and the wiring harness retainer.

NOTE: If equipped.
Install the underbody shield and the retainers.

NOTE: Install new O-rings and gasket seals.
Connect the A/C lines and the fasteners.
Torque
: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
- Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Evacuate and charge the A/C system. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging - Vehicles With: R134A Refrigerant .
