Timing Belt: Installation

  1. Install the timing belt in sequence shown.

  2. WARNING: Take extra care when handling the compressed spring.

    Remove the locking pin.

  3. Remove Special Service Tool: 303-1605 Alignment Tool, Camshaft.

  4. NOTE: Make sure that a new component is installed.
    NOTE: Only tighten the bolt finger tight at this stage.

    : 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
