Differential Fluid Level Check

Check

Raise the vehicle. REFER to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
Remove the retainers and the air deflector.

Remove the filler plug.

If empty, fill the rear axle with 0.54L (1.15pt) of rear axle lubricant. If fluid level is low, fill to 3-5 mm (0.118-0.196 in) below the bottom of the filler hole and install the filler plug.

Torque:

:Stage 1: 177 lb.in (20 Nm)

Stage 2: 180 °
