Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

Possible Causes

Fuse
Rear window defrost relay
Wiring, terminals or connectors
Heated wiper park grid
FCIM

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks

Verify BJB fuses 46 (40A) and 44 (5A) are OK.
Inspect the heated wiper park grid and electrical connectors for damage.
