Possible Causes

Fuse
Foreign debris or obstruction
Wiring, terminals or connectors
Headlamp washer relay
Headlamp washer jet
Headlamp washer pump
Windshield wiper motor
SCCM

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks

Inspect BJB fuse 48 (25A) and make sure it is OK.
Inspect the high pressure washer hose for kinks or damage.
