Possible Causes

Fuse
Rear washer hose
Rear washer jet
Wiring, terminals or connectors
Washer pump relay
Washer pump
Wiper/washer switch
Windshield wiper motor
SCCM

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks

Inspect BJB fuse 27 (10A) and make sure it is OK.
Inspect the wiper/washer switch for damage.
