Front Subframe: Installation

- Use the General Equipment: Transmission Jack
- Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
- Finger tight at this stage. Use the General Equipment: Transmission Jack

NOTE: While tightening the subframe bolts, make sure the front subframe does not move.
Use Special Service Tool: 502-002 (T94P-2100-AH) Alignment Pins, Subframe.

- Torque: 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

Stage 1: 103 lb.ft (140 Nm)
Stage 2: 180 °
- Torque: 46 lb.ft (62 Nm)
- Torque: 35 lb.ft (47 Nm)
- Material: Motorcraft ® Threadlock and Sealer / TA-25-B
Torque: 92 lb.ft (125 Nm)
- Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- On both sides.
Torque: 61 lb.ft (83 Nm)
- On both sides.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)

NOTE: The stabilizer bar links are designed with low friction ball joints that have a low breakaway torque.NOTE: Use the hex-holding feature to prevent the ball stud from turning while removing or installing the stabilizer bar link nut.

Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

2: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

- If equipped with dynamic suspension, calibrate the suspension height sensor. Connect the scan tool and carry out the Ride Height Calibration routine. Follow the scan tool directions.
