Cooler Bypass Valve: Removal

- Remove the battery tray. Refer to: Battery Tray .

NOTE: Mark the position of the cooler bypass valve tubes to the cooler bypass valve to prevent NVH concerns or cooler bypass valve tube damage.
Mark the cooler bypass valve tubes before loosening the fittings. Align the mark with the corner of the bypass valve.
- Loosen the fittings and disconnect the cooler bypass valve tubes.
- Remove the bolts and the cooler bypass valve.
