Muffler and Tailpipe: Installation

- Install the new muffler and tailpipe flange gasket.
- Attach the exhaust isolator.
- Position the pipe and install the new muffler and tailpipe flange nuts.
Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

NOTE: If a new muffler assembly is installed, tighten the 4 exhaust isolator hanger bolts to specifications.
Install the muffler and exhaust isolator bracket bolts.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- Install the muffler and tailpipe service clamp.
Torque: 33 lb.ft (45 Nm)
- Check the exhaust system for leaks.
