Rear Halfshaft: Installation

NOTE: The halfshaft seal has to be replaced whenever the halfshaft is removed.

NOTE: When the half shafts are removed the circlip must be replaced with a new circlip.

NOTE: Take extra care not to damage the seal and halfshaft boots.NOTE: When seated correctly, the halfshaft retainer circlip can be felt as it snaps into the differential side gear groove.
- Torque: 42 lb.in (4.8 Nm)
