Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Outlet Line: Removal

- Recover the refrigerant. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- Remove the retainers and the underbody shield.
- Loosen the clamps and remove the CAC outlet pipe.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

NOTE: Make sure that all opening are sealed.
Disconnect the A/C pressure transducer electrical connector, detach the wiring harness retainer and remove the A/C outlet line nut and disconnect the fitting.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)

NOTE: Make sure that all opening are sealed.
Remove the A/C compressor outlet line bolt, disconnect the fitting and remove the A/C compressor outlet line.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
