Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The sunload sensor supplies information to the HVAC control module indicating the intensity of the sunload on the vehicle and the HVAC control module adjusts the system based on the intensity.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions

| B1A63:11 | Right Solar Sensor: Circuit Short To Ground | This DTC sets when the control module senses lower than expected voltage on the RH sensor feedback circuit, indicating a short to ground. |
| B1A63:15 | Right Solar Sensor: Circuit Short To Battery or Open | This DTC sets when the control module senses higher than expected voltage on the RH sensor feedback circuit, indicating a short to voltage or an open circuit or sensor. |
| B1A64:11 | Left Solar Sensor: Circuit Short To Ground | This DTC sets when the control module senses lower than expected voltage on the LH sensor feedback circuit, indicating a short to ground. |
