Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Exterior Sounder: Removal

  1. Remove the LH wheel and tire. REFER to: Wheel and Tire .
  2. Position aside the LH front fender splash shield.

    1. Remove the bolts.

      Torque: 18 lb.in (2 Nm)

    2. Remove the retainers.
    3. Position aside the LH front fender moulding.
    4. Position aside the LH front fender splash shield.

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the RKE exterior sounder.
