DTC Fault Trigger Condition-CCM 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U0121:00 Lost Communication with Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module: No Sub-Type Information Sets in the CCM if data messages received from the ABS module over the High Speed Controller Area Network 2 (HS2-CAN) are missing.

DTC Fault Trigger Condition-PCM 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U0121 Lost Communication With Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module Sets in the PCM if data messages received from the ABS module over the High Speed Controller Area Network 2 (HS2-CAN) or from the GWM over the High Speed Controller Area Network 1 (HS1-CAN) are missing.
