Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

IPC DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U0212:00 Lost Communication With Steering Column Control Module: No Sub Type Information Sets in continuous memory in the IPC if data messages received from the SCCM through the GWM are missing for 5 seconds or longer.
U0429:82 Lost Communication With Steering Column Control Module: Alive/Sequence Counter Incorrect/Not Updated Sets in continuous memory in the IPC if updated data messages received from the SCCM are missing for 5 seconds or longer.
