Turbocharger Oil Supply Tube - RH: Installation

Inspect the spring lock fitting and replace as needed.- 1.
Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
- 2.
Tighten an additional 450 degrees, do not to exceed 26 Nm maximum.

Install a new turbocharger oil supply tube filter and a new turbocharger oil supply tube linked sealing washer.
- 3.
Install the turbocharger oil supply tube, then install and tighten the new turbocharger oil supply tube bolt in the following 2 stages.- 1.
Stage 1: Tighten to 18 Nm (159 lb-in).

Stage 2: Tighten 90 degrees.

Install the exhaust manifold heat shield, then install and tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.- Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
- 5.
Install the RF tire. Refer to Wheels and Tires
- 6.
Install the RH engine lifting eye and the RH engine lifting eye bolts.- Tighten to 24 Nm (18 lb-ft).
- 7.NOTE: Listen for audible click when installing the turbocharger oil supply tube into the quick connect fitting.
Install the RH turbocharger oil supply tube into the quick connect fitting. Refer to Fuel System - General Information
- 9.
Install the HO2S connector bracket then install, then install and tighten the HO2S connector bracket nut. Attach the HO2S electrical connector.- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in)
- 10.
- Install the RH CAC tube and tighten the clamps to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
- Connect the RH turbocharger bypass valve hose.
- Connect the RH turbocharger bypass valve electrical connector.
- 11.
- Install the RH CAC tube nut and tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).
- Connect the turbocharger wastegate regulating valve hose to the RH CAC tube.
- Connect the turbocharger bypass valve electrical connector and the turbocharger bypass valve hose.
- 12.
Install the strut tower brace, then install and tighten the strut tower brace nuts.- Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
