  1. If equipped, remove the overhead console.
    • Release the locking tabs while pulling down.
  2. Remove the left and right screws and visors.
    • If equipped, disconnect the electrical connector.

  3. Position the left and right front door opening weatherstrips down from the headliner.

  4. Remove the left and right A-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to A-Pillar Trim Panel  in this article.
    5. NOTE: SuperCab shown, regular cab similar.
  5. Remove the courtesy lamp lens, then remove the screws.

  1. Remove both of the left and right safety belt guides.
    • Position the shoulder safety belt guide cover up.
    • Remove the shoulder safety belt guide nut.
      • To install, tighten to 40 N.m (30 lb-ft).
    • Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.

  2. Remove the left and right coat hooks.

  3. Remove the assist handle.
    • Remove the covers and bolts.
    • Remove the assist handle.

  4. Position aside the B-pillar trim panels.

  5. Remove the 2 headliner front pin-type retainers.

  6. Remove the headliner.
  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
