Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube - RH: Installation

  3. Install a new turbocharger coolant tube linked sealing washer.

  4. Finger tighten only at this stage.

  5. Finger tighten only at this stage.

  6. Tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

  7. Tighten to 12 Nm (107 lb-in).

  9. Install the turbocharger inlet air tube.
    • 1. Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
    • 2. Tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

  10. Instal the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING
  11. 11 Nm (97 lb-in).

  12. Install the RH  catalytic converter. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM
  13. Fill the cooling system. Refer to ENGINE COOLING
  14. If equipped.
