The integrated circuit display is inoperative	IC	VERIFY that the IC functions correctly and that the odometer, message center (if equipped), and message center indicators are all inoperative and the display segments are all blank. If the IC is inoperative, GO to Pinpoint Test A . If the odometer, message center, message center indicators and the display segments are all blank, INSTALL a new IC. REFER to Instrument Cluster (IC) .
