Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

- 1.WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure in this service information, refer to Safety Warnings in GENERAL INFORMATION . Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

Recover the A/C system. REFER to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
- 4.
Drain the cooling system. REFER to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- 6.
Disconnect the electrical connector and wiring harness retainer. Depress the tabs and disconnect the coolant tube.
- 7.
Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the electrical connectors and wiring harness retainers from the lower radiator support.
- 8.
Release the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses from the radiator.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- 9.
If equipped, drill out the rivet that supports the lower support. Remove the fasteners and the cooling module.
