Removal And Installation: Radiator: Installation

1.

Install the lower radiator mounts.

Install the A/C condenser.

Install the cooling fan motor and shroud.

4.

Install the active grill shutter assembly.

5.

Install a new foam pad.

6.

Install the lower radiator support.

7.

Install the cooling module and the fasteners. If previously equipped, install a new rivet.
Torque

: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

8.

Connect the radiator hoses and install the hose clamps.
Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

9.

Connect the electrical connector and attach the electrical connectors and wiring harness retainers to the lower radiator support.

10.

Connect the coolant tube. Connect the electrical connector and the wiring harness retainer.

11.

NOTE: If equipped.

Install the underbody shield and the retainers.

12.

NOTE: Install new O-rings and gasket seals.

Connect the A/C lines and the fasteners.

Torque

: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)

13.

Fill and bleed the cooling system. REFER to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .

14.

Evacuate and charge the A/C system. REFER to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging .
