P0405 - EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) SENSOR A CIRCUIT LOW
| Description: The EGR monitor checks the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor signal to the PCM for low voltage. The test fails when the average voltage to the PCM drops to a voltage less than the minimum calibrated value. | |||
Possible Causes:

| Diagnostic Aids: A DPFEGR PID reading less than 0.05 volt with the ignition ON, engine OFF or running indicates a hard fault. | |||
