Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the RH front door scuff plate.
  2. Disconnect the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch electrical connector.
    3. NOTE: Do not overtighten the fasteners or damage to the switch will occur.
  3. Remove the 2 bolts and the IFS switch.
    • To install, tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
