Normal Operation

• DTC U3003:17 (Battery Voltage: Circuit Voltage Above Threshold) - sets in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) in continuous memory if the IPC detects battery voltage above 16 volts on the voltage input circuit.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following: 

• Charging system concern
• IPC
