Turbine Shaft Speed (TSS) Sensor And Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor: Installation

- Install the TSS and intermediate shaft speed sensor.
- Lubricate the O-ring with clean automatic transmission fluid and install the TSS and intermediate shaft speed sensor.
- Install the bolt.
- Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Connect the TSS and intermediate shaft speed sensor electrical connector.
- Raise the transmission into position.
- Position the crossmember to the transmission insulator and retainer, and loosely install the nut.
- Install the LH crossmember bolts.
- Tighten to 81 Nm (60 lb-ft).
- Install the RH crossmember bolts.
- Tighten to 81 Nm (60 lb-ft).
- Install the bracket and loosely install the bolts.
- Install the bracket.
- Loosely install the bolts.
- Tighten the RH crossmember bolts.
- Tighten to 81 Nm (60 lb-ft).
- Tighten the transmission insulator and retainer nuts.
- Tighten to 103 Nm (76 lb-ft).
- Install the wire harness and install the 2 retaining clips to the rear of the crossmember.
