Startup (Welcome) Mode

The IPC provides a startup mode also known as a welcome strategy. When the vehicle receives a Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) request, the IPC. When the ignition is placed into the RUN or START position, the IPC initially illuminates the graduation bars then begins a prove-out stage. During the prove-out stage, the IPC illuminates all dimmable backlighting, sweeps then zeros all gauges and illuminates all LED indicators for a predetermined time.
