Normal Operation

• DTC U0131:00 (Lost Communication With Power Steering Control Module: No Sub-Type Information) - sets in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) if data messages received from the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) module over the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN) are missing for greater then 5 seconds. This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following: 

• PSCM (part of the steering gear)
• IPC
