Panic Alarm (All Vehicles)

The panic alarm is operated from the RKE transmitter (part of the IKT key or the IA key). Pressing the panic button on the RKE transmitter causes the horn to sound and the turn signal lamps to flash for 2.75 minutes. The panic alarm can be activated when the perimeter alarm system is armed or disarmed with the ignition in the OFF mode. The system is only disabled when the ignition is in the ON, ACC or START mode. Deactivating a triggered panic alarm is done by pressing the panic button again.
