Fixed Illumination

The fixed (non-dimmable) illumination is used to provide backlighting to switches when the key or the start/stop switch is in the ACCESSORY or RUN position.

The fixed backlighting components are:

• Door lock control switches
• Power window control switches
• Rear heated seat switches (if equipped)
• Roof opening panel control switch (if equipped)
• Memory set switch (if equipped)
