Pinpoint Test G: The Odometer Is Inoperative

G1 RETRIEVE THE RECORDED DTCs FROM THE IC SELF-TEST
- Check for recorded IC DTCs from the self-test.
- Are any DTCs recorded?
- Yes: For DTC U0100, GO to PINPOINT TEST AU .
  For DTC U0101, GO to PINPOINT TEST AV .
  
  For DTC B2143, INSTALL a new IC . REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC) . TEST the system for normal operation.
  
  For all other DTCs, REFER to DTC CHARTS .
- No: GO to G2 .
G2 RETRIEVE THE RECORDED DTCs FROM THE PCM AND TCM KOEO SELF-TEST
- Check for recorded PCM and TCM DTCs from the Key ON Engine OFF (KOEO) self-test.
- Are any PCM or TCM DTCs recorded?
- Yes: REFER to the INTRODUCTION - GASOLINE MODELS .
- No: INSTALL a new IC . REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC) . TEST the system for normal operation.
