Removal And Installation

- Remove the fuel tank. For additional information, refer to FUEL TANK AND LINES .
- Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Disconnect the rear fuel tank vapor tube and fuel tank pressure sensor assembly-to-evaporative emissions (EVAP) canister quick connect coupling. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
- Disconnect the front fuel vapor tube-to-rear fuel tank vapor tube and fuel tank pressure sensor assembly quick connect coupling. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
- Remove the rear fuel tank vapor tube and fuel tank pressure sensor assembly.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Carry out the leak test. For additional information, refer to Evaporative Emission System Leak Test .
- Carry out the evaporative emission repair verification drive cycle. For additional information, refer to Evaporative Emission Repair Verification Drive Cycle .
NOTE:
The rear fuel tank vapor tube and fuel tank pressure sensor are an assembly and must be serviced as an assembly.
