- DTC U2472 (Unexpected Ignition State) - a continuous memory DTC that sets in the Instrument Cluster (IC) when it detects a discrepancy between the hardwired voltage input and the messaged ignition state inputs from the Smart Junction Box (SJB) for greater than 5 seconds when the ignition switch is in the RUN position.
This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- SJB
- IC
