Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner: Installation

  1. Install the accessory drive belt tensioner and the 3 bolts.
    • Tighten to 11 Nm (97 lb-in).
  2. NOTE: After installation, make sure the accessory drive belt is correctly seated on all pulleys.
  3. Working from the top of the vehicle, rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt on the generator pulley.
  4. Install the RH inner fender splash shield. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
