Accessory Drive Belt: Installation

  1. Working from under the vehicle, position the accessory drive belt on all pulleys, with the exception of the generator pulley.
    2. NOTE: After installation, make sure the belt is correctly seated on all pulleys.
  2. Working from the top of the vehicle, position the accessory drive belt on the generator pulley. Using a suitable belt tensioner release tool, rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and install the accessory drive belt.
  3. Install the RH inner fender splash shield. For additional information, refer to FRONT END BODY PANELS .
