Removal And Installation

- Remove the radiator grille.
- Remove the screws.
- Disconnect the lower clips, then remove the radiator grille.
- Remove the upper radiator air deflector.
- Remove the headlamps. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR LIGHTING article.
- Remove the parking lamp assemblies. For additional information, refer to EXTERIOR LIGHTING article.
- Remove the left side air deflector pushpin and hood latch cable clip.
- Remove the air conditioning condenser brackets.
- Unclip the hood release cable from the radiator support.
- Remove the air deflector pushpins from the right rear air deflector.
- Remove the air deflector pushpins from the left rear air deflector.
- Remove the 3 air deflector pin-type retainers and the air temperature sensor.
- Remove the radiator grille opening panel reinforcement retaining bolts.
- To install, tighten to 7 N.m (62 lb-in).
- Lift the air conditioning condenser, then remove the radiator grille opening panel reinforcement.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
