Pinpoint Test F: The Power Window Switch Illumination Source Is Inoperative - Expedition Only

  1. F1 CHECK THE POWER WINDOW OPERATION 
    • Key in ON position.
    • Operate the power window switch in both up and down directions.
    • Does the power window operate in both up and down directions? 

    Yes:  INSTALL a new power window control switch assembly. REFER to WINDOW CONTROL SWITCH .

    No:  CHECK the central junction box (CJB) fuse 401 (30A). If OK, REFER to GLASS, FRAMES AND MECHANISMS to continue diagnosis of the power window.
