Test Ai: Turn Signal Warning Chime Does Not Operate Properly
- Turn ignition switch to ON position. Operate turn signals. If turn signals operate properly, go to next step. If turn signals do not operate properly, repair turn signal concern. See AUTOLAMP SYSTEMS - CONTINENTAL article.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Connect New Generation Star (NGS) tester to Data Link Connector (DLC). Using NGS tester, request turn signal chime ENABLE. If turn signal chime is ENABLED, repair autolamp system concern. See AUTOLAMP SYSTEMS - CONTINENTAL. If turn signal chime is not ENABLED, replace Lighting Control Module (LCM).
