High Beam Indicator Always On

  1. Ensure headlight switch is off. If high beam indicator is on, go to next step. If high beam indicator is off, system is okay.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Steering Column/Ignition/Lighting (SCIL) control module connector C287. See Figure . If high beam indicator is on, repair short to voltage in Brown wire between SCIL control module and HEIC.
