Hub & Bearing Assembly (Front): Installation

  1. Remove all foreign material from steering knuckle bearing bore to ensure hub seats correctly. Lightly lubricate mating surfaces of hub assembly and steering knuckle. Position hub assembly in steering knuckle.
    CAUTION: When installing hub assembly, DO NOT  press or draw hub into place. Use hand pressure only.
  2. Install 3 NEW hub-to-steering knuckle bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. Lower vehicle and turn air suspension on.
