Upper Control Arm: Removal
- Turn off air suspension switch, located in trunk. See Figure and Figure. Raise vehicle on hoist and support frame side rails. Support rear axle. Lower axle and support axle under differential pinion nose as well as under axle. Unsnap parking brake cable from upper control arm retainer.
- Disconnect height sensor from ball stud on left upper control arm. Remove and discard nut and bolt securing upper control arm to axle housing. Disconnect arm from housing. Remove and discard nut and bolt securing upper control arm to frame bracket and remove arm.
