Front Timing Cover & Seal: Installation
- Coat oil pan gasket surface with sealer. Cut and position required sections of new gasket. Apply silicone sealer to mating corner. Position front timing cover to cylinder block. Ensure gaskets are in proper position. Install Front Cover Aligner (T61P-6019-B) through oil seal. See Fig 1.

- Coat front timing cover bolts with oil resistant sealer (D8AZ-1955-A) and install bolts. While pushing in on aligner, tighten oil pan-to-cover bolts. Tighten front timing cover bolts to specifications and remove aligner. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
