Valve Clearance Adjustment: Notes
No valve adjustment is required when performing normal tune up procedure, as hydraulic valve lifters are used.
NOTE:
Valve and/or valve seat refacing can diminish clearance and cause improper valve operation. Collapsed lifter clearance must be checked.
