Tension Strut: Removal
- Turn off air suspension switch, located behind trim panel in left side of trunk. See Figure . From inside trunk, disconnect dampening actuator electrical connector. Loosen, but DO NOT remove, strut-to-body nuts.
- Using a body hoist, raise vehicle. Remove wheel. Remove tension strut retaining nuts. Note direction of bushing and washer installation. Move spindle rearward and remove tension strut.
