Tension Strut: Installation
- Install new washer and bushings on tension strut. Rear bushings contain an indentation. DO NOT tighten tension strut retaining nuts until all components are installed.
- Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table. Place floor jack under spindle. Remove strut-to-body nuts and replace with new nuts. Tighten nuts to specification. Lower vehicle and turn on air suspension switch.
CAUTION:
DO NOT turn air suspension switch on until vehicle is lowered and vehicle weight exists on all wheels.
